Kym Johnson is a Certified Music Together^® teacher and the licensed Director of both Beach Cities Music Together in Southern California and Music City Music Together in Nashville Tennessee. She has been teaching Music Together for 7 years. She grew up in a house full of music and couldn't imagine a life without it! Kym has a BA degree in Musical Theatre from Birmingham Southern College in Alabama and represented the state of Alabama in the 1987 Miss America Pageant.

After graduating she headed out to California with her now husband to pursue her dream of acting and music. While trying to "make it" in LA she spent her time assisting, performing, and traveling with the Santa Monica Playhouse and doing various voice over work. While nannying for two wonderful families Kym discovered Music Together and knew instantly it was her destiny to share this magical program with as many families as possible! With over 1500 families having participated in her classes in California, Kym and her musician husband have now made their way to Nashville where they plan to stay for a while and continue making music in the Music City!

Naomi Buckley went to Cal State Dominquez Hills where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with her BA in Theatre Arts. She has been performing and singing since she was little and loves music! She's been in over 25 plays and done numerous musicals. She's performed at the John Arnmstrong theatre and with the Carson Civic Light Opera. Naomi is a registered Music Together teacher and loves working with children. She taught theatre for 3 years with children ages 3-18.
We are so glad to have her back from London where she lived for a year with her husband and received her Master's in Theatre. Naomi will be taking over as the Director of Beach Cities Music together in 2009.

Noelle Forestal is a registered and trained Music Together teacher and a South Bay native who has been singing since age 3. She studied vocal music at the L.A. High School for the Arts where she worked with LA Opera. While attending California State University Noelle studied theatre and also worked in wardrobe for Fullerton Civic Light Opera.

Noelle is an established and versatile singer/songwriter and sings many genres of music including opera, jazz, rock, pop, country, blues, musical theatre and Celtic folk music. Her passion for music, the healing arts, language, children, multiculturalism and education have naturally led her to volunteering her time for music therapy and the Vibe Performing Arts Studio in Santa Clarita and last but not least to Music Together.

Noelle can be found enchanting various audiences... sometimes as a bellydance instructor...sometimes at the Celtic Arts Center...
and sometimes in her one-year-old nephew's nursery.

Grace is new to our Beach Cities Music Together staff and we are so happy to have her joining us!
She is Naomi Buckley's sister and is trained and registered with Music Together LLC in Princeton New Jersey.
